Manda, Thank you so much for all your hard work helping us finally close on our dream place in Long Boat Key! Your attention to detail, no pressure approach, and willingness to follow through truly helped make this happen despite always communicating long distance. From your initial research, to showing us properties when we were in town, to meeting the deadlines and getting everything signed, you have provided us with top notch service every step of the way. The experience and knowledge base you bring to this experience are second to none. Just trusting that you’d know what to ask and in uncertain circumstances, you put our minds at ease. And then finally the welcoming items you provided in our first visit to our new condo were so appreciated. Thank you again for all your hard work and diligence.
