We met Manda during an extended stay to figure out the local real estate market and find a winter retirement home. Not only is Manda knowledgeable, organized and hardworking, she is entirely pleasant to be with which is key when spending so much time together. Her positive attitude and energy brought excitement to a process that could have been grueling. Manda was quickly able to assess what we were looking for in a home, and when we did find the right spot she worked tireless to get the purchase done as smoothly as possible, no small feat as we were, by then, back in Boston. It was also clear to us that Manda has the respect of her peers in the real estate and mortgage businesses in Sarasota.
