JoAnn H.Manda is a first-class realtor who stood out immediately when I met her. She was kind, intelligent, astute, hard-working, goal oriented, extremely organized and sincere, as well as caring. She always found time for me, and when I placed a bid on a home and it was accepted, she was always one step ahead of me in the process. Whenever, I asked her a question along the way, she had already done or was in the process of doing what I asked. I never had to worry. She was so conscientious and accountable. She thought and planned ahead, and any questions or concerns I had, she promptly addressed them. There is nobody I would ever call back but her.
